* 60 minutes – Spin Class
* Arm workout with 8 pound weights 3 reps of 15; 3 types of exercises

Thoughts:
The spin instructor who broke his fingers was finally back this week!  So glad because he always has the best playlist and I always get in a good workout.  Lifted again as well.
