Yikes.

Workout:
* 45 minutes – Spin Class
* Arm workout with 8 pound weights 3 reps of 15; 3 types of exercises
Thoughts:
So I weighed myself this morning. Yikes. All the late night dinners at work, lack of working out enough, not lifting weights, drinking, and bad eating has caught up with me. Not good at all – especially considering where I was on the scale last year at this time. I need to get refocused ASAP.
Finally lifted after a few weeks today. I didn’t enjoy it, but it had to be done.
