Thoughts:
I’m fairly certain that the few pounds I want to get rid of will go away much quicker if I start lifting weights again. Constant hitting of the snooze button makes it so I barely have enough time for 3 miles. Something is better than nothing I suppose. I upped my interval speed from 7.5 to 7.7 to challenge myself a little this morning, and I’ve been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables, so hopefully this will help the scale move in the direction I would like it to.
30 minutes of walking/running intervals between 4.0 and 7.7 and a change every 1 minute
