Thoughts:
Ended up staying at the office until after 9 last night, so didn’t make it to Zumba for the second workout of the day. I woke up a little late this morning, but judging from how much work I need to get done this week, decided that a quick 3 miles in the morning would be best in case I don’t get around to it later tonight. Good run, glad it’s done for the day. If I just wake up 15 minutes earlier, I can either lift (which I haven’t done in a while) or run another mile and have a little more effective of a workout.

5 minutes @ 3 – 2 minute splits between 6.5 and 4.0
5 minutes @ 3 – 2 minute splits between 7.0 and 4.0
