Post Thanksgiving Holiday Run

Thoughts:
Needed a workout this morning after this Thanksgiving holiday.  I ate Italian food practically every day, and the scale is showing it.  I think I’m going to have to start running again, especially this month to make sure I’m where I want to be by the New Year, and so I won’t have to make any resolutions about getting healthy.  If I get out of work on time, there is the possibility that there will be another workout tonight – Zumba class.  We shall see.

30 minutes of walking/running intervals between 4.0 and 7.5 and a change every 1 minute
2 minutes @ 3.5
