Last wimpy run

That's it.  I'm sick of running 5 minute intervals (or less) and just making myself feel like garbage and throwing myself a pity party that I'm not doing more.  Starting Monday I'm back on the horse.  I will get my endurance back up to where it was.  Within a week I will get back to running 10 minute intervals with regularity.  Then I'll get back to where I was before - 14 minute intervals or more.  Honeymoon and Thanksgiving are over, so now I can be good at the gym again.  Saturday's workout:  4 miles in 44 minutes.  My husband was at the gym with me, and he wasn't done working out, so I got back on the treadmill and just walked another 1.3 miles in 21 minutes.  I didn't really feel like doing push ups or sit ups, and i had already stretched after running, so nice easy walking was the solution.  I burned another 100 calories :-)
