Last Pre Thanksgiving Workout

4 miles in 43 minutes.  Yup, my endurance sucks.  Couldn't run more than 7 minutes at a time.  2 weeks ago I could do 14 minutes at a time.  I loved my honeymoon and wouldn't trade it for anything, but it seriously set my running ability back.  Now I'm just hoping I don't have to start over from scratch.  Also did 2 sets of 12 push ups and 2 sets of 22 tuck-hollows. At least those things aren't terrible.
