Workout
Throwing old guys to the mat, as usual.
I got to the gym later than I wanted so I didnt reach my 3 miles. 2.5 and then Yoga. Made my kettlebell soreness feel so much better. And uhm...where has everyone been in Amrit's Yoga class? Its been soo empty the last few weeks and today it was back to the mat to mat crowdedness! People fighting for space again! One person was all "If I have to face sideways I'll go crazy!" They did face sideways and guess what...didn't go crazy. So silly these Yogini's are.
Returned to the gym for Muay Thai which was padwork. I finally held decent padwork for a southpaw! An then Kali, which was all takedowns and locks. I do feel bad for throwing the older guys down on the mat even though some of them are high ranked in Judo.
