* 60 minutes of Zumba Class

Thoughts:
Zumba can temporarily make everything better.  Temporarily.  Major firedrills at work today, this whole week really, and I don't think it's going to change anytime soon.    I have a paper to write tonight, and I don't really know where to start.  This is how I always feel towards the end of a class - overwhelmed with everything.  It's just one of those things I have to learn to manage and get better at.

I need to start running again.  This weekend, to keep the crazy at bay, and the entire week to feel good for next weekend.  Also, kabocha squash is the best thing ever.

Sounds like you're doing a good job managing autumnal craziness. Zumba & kabocha squash, I should keep that in mind. 

There's a more neurotic approach that I find helpful sometimes, from Jenny Holzer: "categorizing fear is calming." Droll, but it can help!

spindig, hi!  good to see you back on sw 1.0 for a bit.  i definitely do need to categorize the fear and stress and keep it in check.  thanks for the advice!
