Workout

After a full rest day

Sunday I rested. OK I didnt sleep enough. BC was throwing up after his fight and our other friend got knocked out. So it took a while to leave the venue. By the time we got home it was almost 3am. But somehow we woke up early Sunday morning...Finally went outside around noon and then went to the movies. Came home and napped, then went for after fight bonchon. Funny we saw a girl fighter from another gym having her after fight bonchon too. Then went home for tv and more sleep. Though its funny on days that I have absolute rest, I have a hard time staying asleep. All night I kept waking up feeling like my blood is boiling! Weird.

As for Monday I did my regular interval run before Amrit's Yoga class. Then did a Kettlebell session with a friend. No I am not planning to go back to having it in my routine but I am doing it to help my friend practice teaching it. Also I went super light on the weights and despite that, am still really sore from it. I did snatches with that 8kg! So light.
