Workout
Shoot didn't do my pull-up training.
Morning run went ok, though I did an easy one. Yoga was GREAT but I was beating myself up for not doing pull-ups and not having anyone to help me.
Kali was an easy knife drill though I need to get better foot work as always. Muay Thai class -padwork.
