Talking myself into staying on the treadmill
Sometimes my legs are sore and once I get on the treadmilll I am like...uhmm...maybe I should get off and do the elliptical...THEN I have to talk myself into staying on. Usually if I can stay on for 10 min I will stay on. 10 min is a long time to have to talk yourself into staying on a treadmill. BUT nonetheless I convinced myself this morning, yay and finished 3 miles despite being sore...actually its always once I get past the first 10min that I don't feel the soreness...until I stop and try to get off the treadmill. Anyways I almost didn't even do intervals today bc I felt so lazy but I been using this Sunto watch that BC gave me which has the heart rate monitor strap and it tracks my heart rate. So it helps keep me motivated into trying to bring my heart rate up, especially during my cardio work outs seeing as the yoga work outs don't burn many calories.
Took Amrit's class...holy moly, where did everyone go?! Last week it was like mat to mat in that room and people were like annoyed to have to shift their ygoa mats to fit more people....today it was so empty i had so much space to go into tripod and not even worry if I flipped over, which I didn't but, I had the space if I needed it. WEIRD.
Thankfully, they fixed the sauna cause my shoulders needed it!
