Workout
Running and kicking and punchng and swinging all upside down.
I hate waking up when its pitch dark.
I did a 2.5 mile run. It was ok. BLEH. Muay Thai class was ok. The pad work kept me working hard.
Today I went to the 38th st. Crunch to try the new Aerial Yoga class...I was siked about it but it ended up being kind of boring. Though I think this is because I've had 2 private Aerial silks lessons so it just seemed sort of ehhh in comparision. Though I could seeing it as a fun class otherwise. I also did 45 min of bag work. I worked out way more than I should have today. Gotta save my arms, shoulders and back for tomorrow's aerial lesson!

I've taken a lot of these Anti-Gravity Wings classes -- they seem to vary a LOT depending on instructor. It's too bad they're so far out of the way in NY bc it would be nice to try them all. Although, regardless, it still might be boring compared with the real silky thing.
