Here Goes Nothing
5 mile loop of running/walking
3.5 minutes: 15 second intervals of planks and rest
2.5 minutes: 30 second intervals of rapid stairstepping and rest...would have done this for longer, but it was freaking my dogs out
3 sets of 6 tricep dips
