What happens if you have to go to the bathroom during a 10K?
This thought occurred to me as I was running on Wednesday. I know marathons have port-a-potties, but are 10K's too short to justify port-a-potties? My race is on Sunday in a predominantly residential area, and I'm really nervous about what to do if nature calls. Thoughts?
Wednesday's run: 4 miles in 41:39. Ran 12:50 intervals.
I'm nervous - can ya tell?

The first one I did, there were port-a-potties. The last one, none. So YMMV. But with any luck, you'll be sweating so much you won't need the facilities. Don't be nervous --- have fun! Good luck!
