Lalala LAZY
Did 40min of elliptical skiier machine today before class since my legs were still sore from running.
Muay Thai pad work with double roundhouses. Hip flexors are sore. meh.
Gonna go eat lots of Malaysian food.
OH and am gonna learn silks (*wish me luck everyone**channeling vonhottieness) on Saturday. Woohooo. I am thinking pull ups will start to be part of my work out now. :(

did you go to the malaysian food festival yesterday? i tried, but it was SO PACKED! instead, walked to u.sq and got food from laut. good luck with silks!

Yes I did! I was with a group so we had a system of waiting on different lines. It worked out!
I'm freezing Crunch bc I only use it for Yoga and I want to spend some time doing yoga in other places for a lil while. How are you??
