who knew i like to count things?

- smells like shapened pencils
Well, we all did, really, if the spreadsheets were any indication.
I was skeptical about 2.0. When I heard "you can count things like calories eaten and calories burned" I cringed. Deep down inside, I thought, Oh NO. I will not be joining that, thankyouverymuch.
But....well, you can also count hugs. And laughs. And minutes danced, walked, meditating, etc. I like counting those things. And exercises.
How do I know I'm making progress when I don't count calories or measure? Simple, I can do more stuff.
So I even made a challenge for 2.0. A Back to School inspired challenge. Which is going to be hard, but worthwhile. I need some motivation.
1,000 Sheets of Notebook Paper:
Walking Minutes: 1,000 in 28
Cardio 300 by 28
1000 Pushups in 28 Days
Squats: 1000 by 28
Dips: 1000 by 28
Situps: 1000 by 28
Mini Meditation 28 by 28
No Caffeine by 28
Sleep 7 by 28
And if you want to join, but aren't on 2.0, give me your email address and I'll invite you. I think that's how this works...
