Workout
Eat. Drink. Exercise.
I can't remember what I did on Tu. Worked, I think. But didn't workout, I don't think.
W. Woke up pretty early and started eating a lot of leftovers. Carbs carbs carbs. Leftover wholemeal pasta dish from the other night, leftover wholemeal bread made over the weekend, leftover buckwheat pancakes.... Then I stopped, drank gallons of water, and climbed up the mount (46:23) in the rain.
When I came home I started to clean the house, but before that...I cracked open a beer. The house got clean, some loads of laundry were done, some great music was played (loudly), and I think at the end of it all I consumed one IPA, one pale ale, one amber ale, one Heineken, and two homebrews.
Another carby meal inhaled (rice), then evening was rolling by...and I knew I still needed to get out there for my run. The rain stopped by this point, so I had no excuses.
Evening workout, 24:07. Workout 2, week 2 of the C25K running plan.
Uck. I don't know what got into me today, but I can't see me going near massive carbs again anytime too soon.
Nine weeks and some days to the 5K run.
