Exciting Workout #67

Back at the gym and ultra sore from running the other night. I know 2.5 miles doesn't sound like much to most people, but the most I've every done is 2! And I'm aiming to hit 5K with ease. I think I can do it.

I added 75 crunches to the mix today.
