Definitely feeling a little out of sorts

First yoga class in almost a week, and I felt a bit more wobbly than usual.  Not sure if it was the hiatus or the fact the instructor was putting lots of emphasis on making sure our pelvis was tilted forward.  That automatically made all the poses harder.  Also did my first prep work for scorporion pose.  Well, I attempted to get my shins against the wall but couldn't quite bend that far.  It was exciting to put a baby toe in the waters of "flashy poses" - my instructor's description.
