Workout
SoWo 2.0 looks great but doesn't like my laptop.
M. No morning workout, but once the sun peeked out and warmed things up I got out there before "lunchtime", for C25K's week two, workout one, done in 22:45.
No evening workout. I've been having some pretty intense headaches. Over the weekend I was in Ballarat drinking a fair bit but not being very active otherwise. I guess I'm still suffering for it. :(
SoWo 2.0 is frustrating me a bit. I can't seem to work my way around the site. Probably because my laptop is old and slow as molassas. I hope I get it figured out before the next challenge.
