First Boot Camp Class - Ouch.

Thoughts:
In efforts to fix a weekend of some unhealthy eating, I decided to go to a boot camp class for the first time ever this afternoon.  Seriously, my legs are in pain, and my upper back too.  It feels good to hurt from a good workout, but I don't know if I'm made for boot camp.  There were all sorts of crazy things that I was supposed to be doing, like holding heavy weights and doing sit ups and such.  So glad that's over with!  I think it might be back to the normal cardio routine starting tomorrow though.

I think you should give boot camp another shot. It sounds like a great challenge, and like it showed you that you could do things you thought were impossible. (But maybe use slightly lighter weights and build up so you are not cripplingly sore!)

i think i will probably try it again next sunday - it was super hard, but it definitely seems like something that can produce results!  thanks for the encouragement :)
