Trapeze
I learned a lot in my class last night. I learned that the pivot point of my Swing is supposed to my shoulders - not my hips. A big difference. I learned that I can do a Swing fairly decently on the low bar, but once I'm flying and the momentum has such an impact it really changes everything. It shouldn't. I should really be making my body do the same motions, but it does make a difference. I learned a lot more, but I kinda have to mull it over and figure it out before I can put it into words.
Definitely flying sometime again next week.
