Workout

3 whole minutes

It sorta doesn't seem like a lot... but I increased my cardio by 3 minutes today.  Nonstop duration at my high heart rate zone... Given that it's torture to do it at all [yet I do it] doing 43 is a deal for me... and I did it.  I just gotta keep talking to myself to make it happen... (I almost cried when I was done!)  Next week we up-it to 47... then who knows...
