back on track?
Probably could use a couple more question marks after that.
This morning I dragged myself through drizzle to fall in love all over again w/ Amrit's yoga hour. Have I mentioned this is the only morning class I've ever attended in my life that wasn't because I had a gun to my head? OK, that's an exaggeration, but only slight. And there was eis4emily! Donning Eat.Sweat.Blog shirt! Happy days!
It's funny, in that overcrowded little room with fake wood floor and fake woods wallpaper with a fake sun peaking through fake leaves on fake trees, that there can be anything remotely genuine. And yet, Amrit is like as genuine as it gets. Go figure. Namaste.
After reading this article a few weeks ago, I've been feeling lost. Is all this yoga and crap for naught? But then I think how excellent it is to feel flexible, which is no small thing. But I have to admit, the idea of getting up early for yoga is little lot harder now that these ideas are planted.

i like 2.0, you'll get used to it. i do still miss the way the blogs look, though - 2.0 is more mini update oriented i think.
also, re: stretching - the "data" keeps changing, it seems, so i stick with stretching feels amazing, and makes me feel healthier, therefore it must be good. and any class you get up for that early must be good!
