Workout

weekend off, back to it

after an extended weekend of no workouts (saturday - monday), i finally got back to it today.

it seems those few days off served me well.

swimming: 50 minutes.  42 laps.  2100m.  1 foot cramp.  2 calf cramps.  and a creepy bystander the next lane over.
