Workout

Okay, I'm running again.

Tu.  Morning workout, about 20 minutes.  Workout one, week one of the C25K running plan, bc...(drum roll)...I finally signed up for a 5K run.  I have approximately 10 weeks to get my arse back into shape.

Weather:  Clear and cold but not too breezy.  Music:  The Presets "Apocalypso"  Mood:  Yeah, good.

Luckily I got out there this morning before the great floods came upon us.  Yup...it's frickin' raining out there again.  >:~(  I don't know if the rains are expected to hang around, but if it is still raining tomorrow morning I have a rope skipping workout to fall back on--I finally figured out an area in the front lounge where I can skip rope without breaking the ceiling light or knocking over everything around me.  :)

Since the floods are upon us, I'll pass on tonight's circuit at Tabor.
