Workout
here and there...
well, having a hard time keeping to my own sleep challenge... life is so stressful, that I feel like I want to eat or stay up to the point of exhaustion or both. I've been trying really hard not to do the eating part, but still, even eating veggies obsessively isn't good.. .since it's about the how and when and why as much as anything else. Have I said lately that I love my trainer? He's careful with me and challenges me but also refuses to let me do anything if I'm going to hurt myself, and won't let me do anything if he can tell I'm compensating or not using the right muscles "it's a waste of time." He really takes care of me... decent session today - was one of those where he had plans but my body wouldn't cooperate so he modified, creatively changed it up... whatever... I need to learn more patiences and self-acceptance....
