Exciting Workout #61

Boy, did I fail miserably at trying to run 100 miles in 30 days ;-) I've done 12!!! I do have a good excuse, I sprained my big toe almost 2 weeks ago, so I've been on the down-low.

 

I did do a circuit workout this afternoon (+ 60 crunches) and I'm going to try to run later tonight. I've signed up for the Chinatown Firecracker run in Feb, so I need to push myself.
