Boyfriend had his appendix out a week and a half ago.  Two 12 hour emergency room trips, and nearly a week in the hospital (plus 4 days of home recovery in which I did a ton of errands and water-fetching, chair-moving, etc.).  I called yesterday a day off, napped in the hammock, had a lobster roll (in honor of the anniversary trip to Maine that turned into a week at NYU), and took a long bike ride.  [20 miles]
