Loss of depth perception is not good when someone is trying to punch/kick you.
Ever have a yoga instructor who teaches class in a voice in which people might think a yoga instructor is supposed to sound like? That was my experience this morning at 6:30am. It twas a bit unchallenging but restorative. I have mixed feelings since I am trying out Yogaworks SOHO.
8am Muay Thai class I ended up getting really beat up in tech sparring. Again, wasn't prepared for tech sparring, even if it was only for a 3-4 rounds. I even got my contact lens punched out. Teeps hurt my ego. And also now my shoulder hurts.

I'm sort of considering yogaworks but the one I went to (not soho), all the classes were sooooo slooooow. I don't mind occasional form emphasis but it was way excessive. Is that the case for the soho one as well?

CJ it happens to me sort of often!
Erikka, I've only taken 2 classes so far and barely sweated. This is coming from someone who only takes about 2 push-ups to start sweating. The facilities are BOMB ass but yeah...the classes might not be so great for me.
Mo -what is up with the Yoga voice? The worst was when I had an instructor teach as if she was reading a children's book. So annoying!

Yoga is one of the best ways for the physical fitness and mental pleasure. There is from easy to complicate genre of yoga. You do not need any tools and instruments to do yoga. If you do not like to do yoga, but actually want to loss the weight you can use manifolds of instruments and technology (Slim In 6, treadmill, sauna belt).
