Workout

start of a new 6-weeks

Today starts my next 6-week cardio program. My trainer's kickin it up a notch.  Increasing the duration week by week and pushing it at my high heart rate zone the whole time... I don't know what I'm dreading more - the rowing that he's reintroducing in week 3, (and which I have yet to master or even get thru) or the fact that he's pushing me up to an hour of cardio (ah the torturous boredom).  Stay tuned, chickadees.  Today: 40" at medium zone. Tomm moving back into my high zone - where I'll stay...
