OY.
It is so easy to want to push myself and then feel effed up when my body won't work at a level I think it should. Where did I get to think that an inclined push-up should be easy, or that I should know how to do tricep extensions (by now!). Or that a certain load is what I should be lifting? How do you find that balance between enjoying the challenge and not feeling demoralized at where you're at?

I don't know how to find that line, but I do know that this post just motivated me to work harder.
Thank you.
