Workout

i attempted a "legit" interval workout

I guess I was successful in that I completed it and I wound up ridiculously sweaty and tired.  It was nothing fancy.  Just 30 min on the treadmill, alternating 1 min sprints and 1 min walking.  I started the sprints at 7.5 min miles and worked down to 6.5 min miles.  The walking was simply as slow as I had to go to recover.  I was dying by the end, but I felt like I got an amazing workout in only half an hour.  Not bad.  Although yoga is still my bread and butter, I'm worried I'm not getting enough cardio (right now I only do one 45 min spin class a week) and think I should be getting my heart pumping a bit more than just walking to and from the subway everyday.
