finding my pace

i think that's what i did tonight.

rushed to swim a few laps before the pool closed.

i found myself doing exactly what i do when i run sans treadmill, telling myself to slow down.

"pace yourself" is what constantly goes through my head.

i'm pretty sure it worked tonight.  that, and i'm just progressing in my swimming.

35 minutes, 27.5 laps, 1375m.
