I paid for walking out

Jess found out I walked out on Taj at Buff Yoga last week (actually I told him, because he asked how it went). So he made me work extra hard today. And today wasn't an easy class to begin with. Although we did have extra breaks because there were a lot of new people. I was shaking the entire class. And every time I stopped for a second, Jess would tell me I asked for this so I need to bring it. 

(This morning I also took spin class because I didn't work out since Thursday and felt like I needed to do more today)

Tags: i need to learn to keep my mouth shut so i'm not constantly picked onthe spin class i took today was at 38th st. the people there are really boring.

38th st is really quiet compared to the other crunch locations.

38th street is kinda lame, but its a good early morning spot.

and i can't believe he punished you for walking out!  but it also shows some faith in your abilities that he did push you like that.
