Workout

Today was my last session with Trainer Mike before I leave for Germany on Wednesday and I have to admit I was more than a little bummed. Trainer Mike was bummed too. So, we just decided to "go out with a bang." We started with 3x20 2-arm kettlebell swings (45 lbs) and 3x20 kettlebell deadlifts (65 lbs). Then, because it "makes my tail wag" as Trainer Mike puts it, we boxed. Between rounds, I did sets of walking double lunges and a whole slew of ab exercises. Typically we don't usually box for too much of our sessions, but given the circumstances, Trainer Mike had me doing all my favorite exercises (OMG when did kettlebells, which I used to refer to as my arch nemesis, become "favorites"?!?!) and a good while of boxing. We finished off with 3 x 15 push-ups. Glorious workout! What ever will I do without Trainer Mike in Germany?!

@vonhottness: that reunion will be one sweaty, delicious mess. hmmm...that doesn't sounds quite right...
