Workout
Everyone needs a gym upstairs from their office.
After last weeks run this weeks focus is to not do distance running at all to let my legs rest for the tournament. In fact if I do any running it will be in a sprint format. Quick stops and starts for the tournament.
Today I did a basic circuit.
3 sets of the following spread out over the course of my workday. I absolutely refuse to miss a workout because of work. Wait Killer don't you work for a gym? Yes I do but my job is like anyone elses where sometimes its very demanding timewise. So if I have to spread my workouts out over the course of the day well then so be it.
30 pushups
30 russian twists
30 Inverted Rows
10 Pullups
Tomorrow is a leg workout with a lot of plyos, in addition to decline pushups and speed drills.
