i win!

Trainer Mike announced today that I have won the "Beast of the Year Award!" He gave it to me early, because he "sure as hell isn't gonna see a performance like that again in 2010!" Yes! Today, we did Trainer Mike versions of a 300 workouts...except we didn't just do 300 reps...we did as many sets of 30 as we could during our session.
 
30 push-ups
30 dips
30 pull-ups (assisted by Mike)
30 lunge jumps
30 squat jumps
30 box jumps
30 regular step ups (on each leg)
30 cross-over step-ups on each leg
30 deadlifts (60 lbs)
30 2-arm kettle bell swings
30 kettle bell shoulder presses (12 lbs, each arm)
30 bicycle sit-ups
30 sit-ups on BOSU
3 minutes of ridiculous resistance biking, mainting above 100 RPM
and likely a few more exercises that I'm no forgetting.
 
Yay! (And, OUCH!!!)
 
Daily Total:
40 minute walk before work
20 minute walk at lunch
15 minute treadmill warm-up
60 minutes with Trainer Mike
20 minute walk me
oh right...and some 30 mins of catch-up miscellaneous

Thanks guys!!! I'll have to think up something for Germany. Marathon training will def take priority, buy I'll do some circuits a la trainer mike as well! Hopefully I can keep myself motivated the same way he does. I was also contemplating a boxing gym there too...we'll see!
