Workout

Clean. Clean. Clean. Workout!

Th.  Another rainy, cold, crappy day.  Who wants to get up and work out when you can feel the house shaking from the wind and hear the frigid rain pelting the roof?  Bleh.

After my first client this morning I returned home and cleaned the house.  And cleaned.  And cleaned.  I was so warmed-up from cleaning that I was inspired to do a 30-minute workout in the clean front lounge.  Three sets @ 30 seconds each of exercises targeting my triceps and back.

Finished off the day with my last client of the week...and now I sit with a bottle of Shiraz.  :)
