Workout
yes, no, maybe, no, yes
this is my thought process relating to wether or not i am/was going to workout today.
i took yesterday off, so i was sure i was going to workout today.
then i decided not to (it was hot and i wanted to be lazy).
while at sushi dinner with a girlfriend i said, "well we are having an early dinner, so i will probably have time to go home and workout. maybe."
then we went to target for some random stuff. the workout was nixed.
somehow m&m peanuts ended up in my bag. they were subsequently opened on the drive home.
once home, and filled with m&m's, i decided to go workout.
about 10 minutes each: treadmill, elliptical, bike.
