Workout
I walked out (and I feel great)
I think the more I walk out on subs the easier it gets. But really I don't need to feel bad. Right? It's my workout thats lost if I stay in a class I don't enjoy.
Taj was the sub today for Buff Yoga. I think I took classes with Taj in the past that I enjoyed. But never a yoga class. Maybe she is a good yoga instructor. I wouldn't know. I couldn't focus and I wasn't feeling it. After 20 minutes I rolled up my mat. Taj asked if I was ok. I told her how I felt, and I left.
I thought I wanted to run, but when I got upstairs I changed my mind. I created a circuit instead. *I don't know anything about creating workouts-I have no idea which exercises should be done together, etc. I just looked around and did whatever I was in the mood of.* Here it is:
12 pushups
20 bosu squats with 8lb weights
25 bicycle crunches
15 leg raises
15 russian twists with 8lb ball
1 minute plank
10 dips and wide grip pullups at 60lbs assistance
12 chest press and chest fly with 25lbs
12 leg press with 50lbs
I went through it twice.

I've walked out plenty of times. Frankly suffering through a bad class is only punishing yourself. You pay for a good workout, and shouldn't have to sit through a bad one.
Besides, the instructors are fine. Judging by Mario's confidence level, my walking out on him twice had no effect.
