run-yoga-run may be my new go-to
I've been a complete slacker in August - mostly do to emotional turmoil and being a general lazy ass (seriously - didn't leave the house sunday - just read an entire cheap novel) - but as we all know those endorphines help with the mood and looking hot means you can fake it til you make it so I'm getting back in the groove. One. day. at. a. time. Yesterday was running 1.5 miles to yoga - 75 min of yoga then run home the long way. It's a nice way to break up the cardio.
