Ruined By Food

All the junk I've been eating because it's summer time is completely negating all the time I spend working out. It's hard to say no to ice cream when it's 95 degrees outside. Also with all the people visiting and wanting to eat everything NYC has to offer I am never hungry and always full.

I feel like it's time to make a change. Have been pondering about going paleo but I seriously doubt my ability to say no to bread. Maybe I will start with a dessert ban again and take it from there.

you find substitutes for the carbs...anyways, i always say that it has to be a balance...as long as you do the healthy thing 51% of the time, you'll eventuallly get there, right? if i really want bread or a cookie, i just have it...it doesn't have to be all or nothing!
