Workout

swimmer's high

that's the only way i can describe myself and my workouts right now.

i just can't seem it get enough of it.

it's odd too.  i usually judge a workout by how much i sweat and pant. 

i definitely pant a lot swimming, but of course i don't sweat outright because i'm already in the water.

i can tell i've had a good workout though once i get out of the pool and proceed to sweat the whole ride home.

30 minutes.  17 laps (850m).
