I hate that I can't comment from an iphone
The title has nothing to do with my workout, but I just wanted to get that out. There was so much I wanted to comment on today, but whenever I click the box from my iphone, the keyboard won't come up and I can't type :(
Workout: Tomas is back at TRX. Although he was easier than last time, the workout was still insane! I felt bad for the new people because that should not be their first experience with TRX. After the class I decided to skip Tread N Shed. I had enough Tomas Torture for one day.
My biggest issue with his class is that he does a lot of upper body, and no recovery between sets.
