The fire alarm went off mid spin class, TWICE

We were about 20 minutes in and a light starts flashing. Then came the beeping sound. Tomas said no one informed him of a fire drill. He opened the door and saw people walking out so told us to go. We get upstairs and someone said it was fine and we could go back to class.

On crazy spinners: Tomas said he was once teaching a spin class and the speaker exploded into flames. Someone in that class asked why they couldn't just finish the class.

Class resumed as normal although at some point during this fire drill the air got shut down. Spinning with no air=no fun. Tomas said he would go a couple minutes over for the minutes we missed. 5 minutes later the alarm went off again. We just continued through it. 

After class a woman was venting to everyone in the locker room about how poorly the management handled the situation and that they should've notified Tomas about the drill before class because he was just as confused as we were. She's a teacher and goes through 12 fire drills every year.
