Workout
Drop and give me … 100?
Forget about knocking out just a measly 20 full push ups in one go. This training plan promises followers will be able to complete 100 full push ups at a time after a six weeks.
People who already do 100 push ups with out a problem, can follow the site's plan for doing 200 sit ups at a time or 200 squats in one go. An additional training plan is in the works for pull-ups.
Once you work your way through these plans you'll be able to easily rack up those pesky 1,000s that are oh-so-good-for-you and yet oh-so-tough!
I just started the push-up plan last week, and hope that by posting about it here and printing the schedule on my fridge I will actually stick to it.

Yay, a goal! That is just what I need. The MMM has not inspired a goal for me; I think that merely spending more time working out is not meaningful. After briefly looking at the site you shared, I can see a goal in the making. When I can look at it without a two year old tugging on my mouse arm, I will study it further. Also, since I cannot even do a single pull-up, I will investigate that as well.

Okay, liz, you put me over the edge. I've been looking at this site for a while, and I want in. Six weeks from today is September 16th. 100 push-ups or bust! No knees! Let's do it!

This is the post that finally made me join the site. The best part of it (for me) is when, after completing the entirely accomplishable targets set for each set, I tally how many I've done for the day. I just finished the second day of week 2 and managed 79 in total! I'm awestruck because two weeks ago, I collapsed at 14 and could barely move my arms.
