post vaca workout

first time back at the gym in 12 days. It was great. I love going to the gym. My body was getting tense from lack of real exercise and stretching. I just can't get my yoga groove on at home or in a hotel room with family watching, but at the gym I'm all over it. I did 30 minutes of yoga, 30 min. intervals on the elliptical and 300 crunches. Could've kept going but time is limited when the kid is on vaca too.
