Workout
sleep > workouts, therefore...
no cardio today.
i logged 120 min of walking because i'm sure that in the span of 30 hours at work that i walked at least an hour and a half doing rounds and so on. i also walked to dinner downtown later on. i guess that's it's own workout, but since it's not "official" we'll just say i had one workout. i got home from work early (5:30!) so i thought i'd do a long cardio and TRX.
alas, my beige chair of dreaminess called to me, so i passed out for two and a half hours and only ended up TRXing for 20 min. there's always tomorrow for cardio since i have a day off again!
